Responsibilities

Develop applications that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Design software components and individual programs in collaboration with technical subject matter experts.
Construct unit tests and follow established design and code standards.
Create and maintain system documentation.
Provide production support for applications as needed.
Work with architects, product managers, project managers, business partners, external clients, and end users to define and implement solutions.
Apply software development methodologies based on project needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
Monitor and mitigate risk through day-to-day risk and control processes, escalating issues appropriately.

At least four years of related experience.
Four or more years of experience with Java, Spring, PostgreSQL or Oracle, Kafka, TestNG, Amazon Web Services, and related technologies.
Experience with middleware technologies.
Exposure to Amazon Q and Amazon Kiro.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Ability to plan, document technical requirements, design, develop, test, and support software systems and applications.
