Responsibilities

Lead technical design and decision-making for large, release-defining projects.
Design and implement new capabilities across networking and managed service infrastructure.
Solve complex, mission-critical system problems with scalable and maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Investigate and resolve issues in production and development environments.
Mentor engineers on system design, coding standards, and architectural best practices.
Work across the stack with a focus on frontend development.

5+ years of experience developing and debugging system-level software in Golang or similar language.
Deep understanding of application architecture in the browser.
Experience as a primary contributor of a React-based, single-page application.
Experience with Javascript or Typescript for type-safety during development.
Familiarity with distributed systems managed via Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to design and build highly reliable, high-performance system software.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
