Responsibilities
- Build tools that help traders orchestrate strategies across the company’s full product range.
- Develop infrastructure that makes large amounts of data quickly explorable.
- Model risk and analyze trades to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with traders and researchers through short iteration loops and fast feedback.
- Determine what to build, prototype ideas, and scale solutions that demonstrate value.
Requirements
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems where defining what to build is part of the work.
- Ability to move between programming languages and select the appropriate tool for the problem.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business and identify their underlying needs.
- Comfort experimenting quickly, scaling successful ideas, and discarding approaches that do not work.
- No finance background, specific language experience, or specific number of years in a particular role is required.
