Responsibilities
- Handle the full development lifecycle for in-house and outsourced applications, including requirements collection, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for existing systems.
- Collaborate with local IT and group application teams to design and roll out business solutions.
- Assist the IT Manager with coordinating group application teams and external vendors on business application projects.
- Coordinate with the Group Infrastructure team to provide basic helpdesk and technical support to internal users.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in IT and web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, SQL, or other modern programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically SQL Server and MySQL.
- Experience managing Salesforce and ERP systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud or Power BI is preferred.
- Prior PC and LAN support experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
