Responsibilities
- Execute Salesforce support activities, including case handling, data review, and process processing.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce components for application enhancement, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform use.
- Review customer data, correct records, and validate data quality across operational workflows.
- Monitor quality control procedures, document issues, and track corrective actions through resolution.
- Manage routine service requests, escalations, and user queries accurately and promptly.
- Support application integration and release activities by following defined technical and delivery processes.
- Document process steps, configuration details, and service outcomes for continuity and audit readiness.
- Apply Salesforce tools and managed service methods to improve service delivery and operational performance.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data optimization is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze patterns from multiple information sources and communicate clearly with clients and teams.
- Demonstrated learning mindset and openness to feedback in a fast-paced client environment.
