Base Salary
$135k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship production software features to live financial institutions from the first weeks
- Own evaluation harnesses and evaluations that verify the correctness of shipped features
- Build with LLMs daily and direct agents toward routine work
- Take on progressively larger scope and own bounded pieces of the product end-to-end within the first year
Requirements
- Graduating between 2024 and December 2026 or having up to approximately two years of experience
- Degree in computer science or a related field such as engineering, mathematics, physics, or statistics, or equivalent evidence of what the candidate has built
- Experience building practical projects with users, winning hackathons, contributing merged open-source pull requests, or shipping internship work
- Experience building with LLMs and verifying their output through evaluations
- High agency and ability to own problems and close loops independently
- Competitive programming experience with Codeforces, ICPC, or USACO is a plus
- Experience in fintech or banking infrastructure is a plus
