Responsibilities

  • Develop, improve, test, maintain and support digital products, services and systems.
  • Work with engineers, architects and business teams on technology used across HSBC.
  • Monitor system performance, investigate technical issues and recommend improvements.
  • Build engineering capability through practical work, technical training, skills coaching and learning activities.

Requirements

  • Be available to work full time from March 2027 or July 2027 onwards.
  • Have obtained or expect to achieve a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.0/4.0, or an overseas equivalent.
  • Be a recent graduate with less than two years of full-time work experience, or be due to graduate by July 2027.
  • Be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Be legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full graduate programme and beyond without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
