Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain software functionality according to requirements and technical designs.
Develop new features, resolve defects, and improve existing products.
Participate in technical design discussions and implementation decisions.
Investigate defects and customer-reported issues through reproduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
Collaborate with Quality Engineering on verification activities and regulatory compliance.
Perform code reviews and follow coding standards and development practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation for design, implementation, and defect resolution.
Contribute to improvements in development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
Adhere to Quality Management System requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
Raise quality, compliance, or safety concerns through established engineering and QMS processes.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design.
Proficiency with software development languages such as C#, C++, or similar.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Fluency in spoken and written English and effective communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred: application development using .NET technologies.
Preferred: experience with automated testing frameworks, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, automated build or test systems, web services, APIs, cloud-based or distributed architectures, and regulated or safety-critical software environments.
Preferred: troubleshooting and root cause investigation experience.
Knowledge of healthcare IT standards or clinical systems such as DICOM, HL7, or FHIR is a plus.
