Responsibilities
- Work on high-performance and low-latency systems including exchange connectivity and trading algorithms.
- Collaborate with technology, quant, and trading teams to identify and deliver high-impact projects.
- Manage the full software development life cycle from requirements analysis to post-deployment.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of experience, must graduate by July 2026 or earlier.
- Familiarity with modern C++ development and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for building high-quality software in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Experience with multi-threaded and distributed systems.
- Willingness to communicate in English during technical interviews.
