Responsibilities
- Build high-performance and low-latency systems for exchange connectivity, trading algorithms, pricing, and automation.
- Collaborate with technology, quantitative, and trading teams to identify and deliver high-impact projects.
- Own the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment reliability and performance.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the development team.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- 0–2 years of experience and graduation by July 2027 or earlier.
- Familiarity with modern C++ development and best practices.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, lower-level performance optimization, multithreaded systems, and distributed systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including willingness to communicate in English during technical interviews.
- Passion for building high-quality software in a fast-moving environment.
