Base Salary
$95k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions for product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, and quote generation.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Visualforce.
- Configure product rules, price rules, discount schedules, bundles, contracted pricing, Advanced Approvals, and quote templates.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Own CPQ enhancements through technical design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot CPQ issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Maintain Salesforce CPQ performance, data integrity, security, and usability.
- Support Salesforce release management and deployments using development tools, source control, and change management practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and solution design documentation.
- Coordinate with teams responsible for adjacent Salesforce capabilities and enterprise systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including significant hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CPQ object model, product configuration, product rules, price rules, discounting, bundles, approvals, and quote templates.
- Experience with Salesforce Advanced Approvals.
- Proficiency with Flow, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce security concepts.
- Experience managing Salesforce deployments through development, testing, source control, and release management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce CPQ certification or relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Experience supporting complex product catalogs, pricing models, discounting structures, and approval processes.
- Experience in a high-growth or rapidly changing business environment.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, Git, and CI/CD practices.
Benefits
- Annual pay range of $95,025-$211,300 USD.
- For OTE roles, the stated pay range may include base salary and target incentive compensation, including a possible ramping draw period.
