Base Salary
$80k - $90k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and React or Angular.
- Build and deploy AWS-based solutions using Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, and other cloud-native services.
- Develop high-performance REST APIs and backend services for workforce management and contact center platforms.
- Implement containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, including CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Integrate enterprise applications with Amazon Connect and voice/contact center platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across application, cloud, and telephony environments while supporting security, reliability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST API development, and microservices architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expertise with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, and IAM.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Amazon Connect, contact center technologies, and enterprise platform integrations.
- Experience with SIP-based telephony systems, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, call routing, or contact center routing frameworks is highly preferred.
