Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Break down mission use cases and user-defined problems, build MVPs, and rapidly evolve them into cohesive applications.
- Develop high-performance, visually appealing, responsive frontend solutions for complex use cases and heavy workloads.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing, building, deploying, and integrating cohesive software systems.
- Collaborate with military and government customers and end-users to discover requirements and translate them into software features.
- Deploy, test, and triage software at secure operational integration sites.
- Manage customer relationships while leading engineering teams and maintaining product quality, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with at least seven years of work experience; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience deploying software for Department of Defense or intelligence community missions.
- Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Knowledge of performance-focused techniques and tools for rendering large datasets and building responsive interfaces.
- Ability to adopt new languages, libraries, and technologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, independent-work, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, prior U.S. military service with relevant planning and battle-monitoring experience, and location in or willingness to relocate to San Diego, Denver, Arlington, or Boston.
