Base Salary
$130k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business and strategy needs into executable AI workflows, data pipelines, and client-specific product specifications.
- Design and build architectures integrating LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-source data ingestion, and analytics components.
- Contribute to model selection, feature design, embedding strategies, prompt frameworks, and model evaluation.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reproducible, and versioned data and ML pipelines.
- Serve as a technical execution lead for client engagements and communicate technical concepts, progress, methodologies, and results to business and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
- Familiarity with multimodal agent frameworks, LangChain, Haystack, and RAG pipelines.
- Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval systems, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Strong understanding of structured data merging, schema linking, ML workflows, and model evaluation at scale.
- Fluency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow, with the ability to architect APIs around ML models.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
- Preferred: experience deploying AI/ML products or features in production, startup or management/strategy consulting experience, and familiarity with business applications of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
