Base Salary
$130k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business and strategy needs into executable AI workflows, data pipelines, and client-specific product specifications.
- Define architectures for agents integrating LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-source data ingestion, and analytics components.
- Participate in model selection, feature design, embedding strategy, prompt framework design, and model evaluation.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reproducible, and versioned data pipelines.
- Build and maintain the core advanced analytics platform and serve as the technical execution lead for client engagements.
- Collaborate with business leaders, C-level executives, data scientists, project managers, engineers, and contractors across end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Communicate technical concepts, project progress, methodologies, solutions, and results to business and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
- Familiarity with multimodal agent frameworks, LangChain, Haystack, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and Chroma, along with retrieval systems and LLM fine-tuning.
- Strong understanding of structured data merging, schema linking, model evaluation at scale, and end-to-end ML workflows.
- Fluency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow, with the ability to architect APIs around ML models.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines.
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML products or features in production is preferred.
- Experience in a startup or management/strategy consulting is preferred.
- Knowledge of business applications of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and growth-oriented capabilities.
- Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
