Responsibilities
- Design and implement security techniques for software systems across multiple product teams.
- Implement and validate security mitigations, improve spatial safety in C++ code, and contribute to migration toward memory-safe programming languages such as Rust.
- Lead a software engineering team and own technical mentorship, team culture, and engineering excellence.
- Define and execute team goals, roadmap, and AI strategy with engineering, product management, and technical program management partners.
- Build collaboration roadmaps with Software Supply Chain Integrity teams, executive stakeholders, industry, and academia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of relevant software development experience.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience developing and designing APIs.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience working with open source technologies.
- Preferred: experience with Programming Language Implementation.
