Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the cloud substrate for Webflow's product and engineering teams.
- Design and maintain the networking fabric for reliability, security, and scalability.
- Build and enforce guardrails around IAM and permissions for infrastructure security.
- Drive FinOps across Webflow's cloud footprint, managing cost attribution and waste.
- Partner with Infra teams on instance type selection and capacity planning.
- Build and maintain AI-powered automation for cloud infrastructure management.
- Help define the culture of the growing team as it expands internationally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management in a customer-facing environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS and strong opinions on cloud operations.
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
- Experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP.
- A proactive approach to embracing AI and emerging technologies.
