Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Document application designs and configurations for knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and integrate applications with business systems and services.
- Monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
- Participate in team discussions, independently provide solutions, and support junior team members with guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience integrating applications with business systems and services.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and deployment best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
