Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FSCM Credit Management processes including credit master data, scoring rules, credit limits, approvals, exposure management, credit checks, risk categories, and credit control areas.
- Support end-to-end delivery from requirements and solution design through configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
- Integrate SAP Credit Management with SD, FI AR, Collections, Dispute Management, external credit agencies, scoring engines, and middleware such as CPI and Boomi.
- Use AI copilots and LLM-assisted tools for requirements summarization, impact analysis, documentation, test-script generation, troubleshooting, and process-flow creation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services for credit scoring, payment-pattern anomaly detection, predictive credit-risk signals, and trend summarization.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements, credit governance, segregation of duties, risk policies, and financial controls.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Risk, SAP engineering, Treasury, Collections, and Disputes teams and develop reusable configuration guidelines, templates, SOPs, and AI-enhanced best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FSCM Credit Management, including rule-based scoring, credit control areas, credit segment management, limit approvals, and exposure calculations.
- Strong understanding of integration with SD for credit checks and FI AR for exposure updates, plus familiarity with Collections and Disputes.
- Knowledge of BAPI/BAdI enhancements, workflow rules, and credit risk matrices.
- Experience using AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators.
- Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into credit and risk workflows without developing custom LLM or agentic architectures.
- Understanding of responsible AI usage and limitations in finance and risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and SAP configuration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- SAP FSCM Credit Management certification, external credit agency integration experience such as Dun & Bradstreet, Treasury or IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and automated testing or workflow automation experience are preferred.
