Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the CIAM platform based on One Identity Manager.
- Build scalable backend services for customer administration and Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle processes.
- Implement and extend One Identity Manager capabilities, including custom synchronization solutions, data mapping, transformation, and consistency checks.
- Ensure reliable data exchange and synchronization between systems.
- Contribute to CIAM strategy and roadmap development.
- Implement and support threat modeling, risk assessments, secure coding, identity security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Provide second- and third-level support, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot CIAM services and applications.
- Help ensure high availability and reliability of identity services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager or a similar platform.
- Understanding of IAM and CIAM concepts, access governance, identity lifecycle management, and authorization models, especially ReBAC.
- Familiarity with VB.NET and PowerShell.
- Experience with system integration and synchronization, simple SQL queries, and process building.
- Preferred experience with Azure cloud services, event-driven architecture, GDPR and data privacy regulations, CI/CD and DevOps practices, EMS or contract management platforms, backend development with C#, .NET, or Java, REST API development, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, security and quality awareness, ownership, proactive working style, and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
