Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain virtualization platform features at the Linux kernel and driver level for an Intel-to-ARM migration.
- Participate in functional and architectural design discussions and evaluate technical implementation options focused on performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, report feature readiness and quality, and raise concerns in critical situations.
- Contribute to code reviews and uphold software development processes and code-quality practices.
- Estimate features, break complex tasks into manageable work items, and suggest technical improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on ANSI C programming experience with strong knowledge of low-level systems development and memory management.
- Solid experience with Linux kernel development, POSIX environments, driver development, and Linux system internals.
- Proven experience designing and implementing safe and efficient multi-core and multi-threaded systems.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including technical documentation.
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, and adaptable approach with strong research and learning abilities.
