Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces under senior developer guidance.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions in collaboration with functional consultants and business users.
- Debug and optimize existing SAP programs to improve performance.
- Document development work and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Support unit and integration testing activities.
- Develop technical and SAP knowledge through training and mentoring.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience or internships in SAP ABAP development or related SAP programming roles.
- Excellent English and German communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SAP ABAP concepts, including reports, modules, data dictionary objects, and forms.
- Willingness to learn object-oriented programming and SAP enhancement techniques.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work closely with business users.
- Good problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with new technologies and AI-based tools for task automation, information analysis, and content creation.
