Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and requirements.
- Analyze complex issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with technology, security, and governance standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation and operational metrics.
- Provide subject matter expertise within the assigned domain.
- Collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
- Identify risks, execute mitigation plans, and promote best practices and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant professional experience aligned with the responsibilities and level of the role.
- Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes.
- Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and SAP technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
- Strong collaboration, communication, accountability, problem-solving, and customer focus.
- An advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
- A proven track record of driving business transformation and process improvements is preferred.
