Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable, high-performing custom software solutions.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software applications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with Spring Boot, React.js, and architectural design is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
