Responsibilities
- Collaborate with service providers to establish authentication and authorization and guide developers through implementation.
- Advise customers on product capabilities, limitations, design possibilities, UX influence, and business requirements.
- Support enterprise architecture decisions regarding tools and technologies for product installation and development.
- Guide banking customers in application design and implementation decisions, including Pega CPM capabilities.
- Lead architectural design discussions and end-to-end integration efforts with the enterprise architecture team.
- Perform root-cause analysis using logs and custom logging-level settings.
- Coordinate transitions across team applications and deliverables.
- Maintain relationships with multiple business teams and facilitate conversations with leads and product owners about delivery risks.
- Negotiate workload and resourcing, identify external dependencies, and build client confidence.
- Provide design-level guidance to senior developers and own complex design challenges.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience.
- Pega CLSA certification with experience in Pega banking, financial, state government, and health applications.
- Programming experience in Java, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience in advisory, consulting, engagement leadership, and management.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
