Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key enterprise customers, providing technical insights and strategic recommendations.
- Lead architectural discussions and solution reviews to optimize Cloudflare's offerings.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and deliver strategic solutions in collaboration with support and product teams.
- Support customers by managing complex configurations using Terraform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partners, Product Management, and Engineering to enhance customer experience.
- Advise customers on industry best practices in security, network optimization, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
- Proven knowledge of Cloudflare’s Application and Security portfolio, cybersecurity, and web performance.
- Hands-on experience securing web applications and APIs with WAF, DDoS, DNS, and CDN.
- Experience working with Cloudflare products in Enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Strong consultative skills with a history of solving complex technical problems.
