Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Support Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, defect fixing, and minor enhancements.
- Perform development independently with minimal supervision and participate in technical discussions and reviews.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copado AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Assist with unit and integration testing, technical documentation, and workflow documentation.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, governor limits, and performance considerations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required; the posting also specifies 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development with hands-on experience in Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, governor limits, and performance considerations.
- Basic experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce AI Associate, and Agentforce Specialist certifications are preferred.
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and Agile/Scrum delivery environments is preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills are required.
