Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise service management solutions.
- Act as architect and product owner for service domains including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, event management, HR service delivery, customer service management, integrations, AIOps, and monitoring.
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead Agile product teams and managed service partners delivering platform enhancements, integrations, custom applications, and transformation initiatives.
- Oversee operational performance, support, governance, reporting, vendor performance, and continuous improvement for assigned products.
- Lead large-scale integration and automation initiatives across enterprise platforms and systems.
- Manage programs, projects, risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide technical leadership on platform architecture, integration frameworks, custom application development, and strategic technology planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise service management, ServiceNow platform engineering, IT operations, or related technology domains within large, complex organizations.
- Significant experience delivering enterprise service management capabilities in a large corporate environment.
- Proven experience delivering technology projects and programs from inception through implementation.
- Strong ServiceNow expertise in configuration, development, administration, platform governance, and relevant modules.
- Experience managing Agile product teams and delivering solutions through DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Experience managing vendors and managed service providers and leading cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with monitoring, event management, AIOps, observability, command center solutions, enterprise architecture, automation frameworks, integration platforms, custom application development, ServiceNow PPM, cloud operations, Cloud FinOps, and service integration frameworks.
- ServiceNow or relevant industry certifications in ITSM, Agile, architecture, or program management are preferred.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic technology planning.
