Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise service management solutions across the CFSE portfolio.
Act as architect and product owner for one or more service domains, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, LSD, IRM, event management, HR service delivery, strategic portfolio management, customer service management, integrations, AIOps, and monitoring.
Develop product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture standards.
Lead Agile product teams and managed service partners delivering platform enhancements, integrations, custom applications, and transformation initiatives.
Lead large-scale integration and automation efforts across enterprise platforms and systems.
Manage programs, projects, risks, dependencies, budgets, vendors, governance, reporting, and delivery milestones.
Partner with business, technology, and enterprise architecture stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ServiceNow platform engineering, IT operations, or related technology domains in large, complex organizations.
Significant experience delivering Enterprise Service Management capabilities in a large corporate environment.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, development, administration, and platform governance.
Experience leading Agile product teams and delivering solutions through DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, enterprise integrations, APIs, and web services.
Experience managing vendors and managed service providers and leading cross-functional technology teams.
Experience delivering technology projects and programs from inception through implementation.
Preferred qualifications include advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules, enterprise architecture, monitoring and AIOps, automation and integration frameworks, custom application development, large-scale transformation programs, ServiceNow PPM, cloud operations, Cloud FinOps, service integration frameworks, and relevant ServiceNow or industry certifications.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic technology planning.

The role is based in Bangalore.
