Base Salary
$80k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and programming languages.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Partner with backend engineers on full-stack projects and expand knowledge across the technology stack.
- Build applications that are scalable, performant, maintainable, and reliable.
- Write technical documentation and conduct thoughtful code reviews.
- Use AI assistants and tools to write, review, debug, and document code.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience shipping high-quality production code.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as TypeScript, Node.js, or Next.js, with the ability to learn others quickly.
- Adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality code.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar into engineering workflows.
- Preferred experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, or React Native.
- Preferred experience using AI agents or automations for research, documentation, or planning.
- Comfort working directly from Figma files to inspect specifications, extract assets, and implement designs accurately.
