Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and development teams on technical design and problem solving.
- Design the architecture of applications and platforms for life sciences SaaS products.
- Deliver high-quality code and participate in code reviews.
- Improve the team’s technical capabilities by sharing knowledge and guiding team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial software development experience in Java or Python.
- Strong application architecture and platform-building experience with the ability to translate business requirements into suitable technical solutions.
- Current hands-on development experience with Spring Cloud, Django, Celery, PyTest, MySQL, Git, Jenkins, and Linux.
- High technical standards and willingness to share knowledge and guide team members.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- BS or above in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure, Ali Cloud, Salesforce platform development, WeChat front-end development, CRM or life sciences, Terraform, and Ansible is preferred.
