Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design software architecture and modules for TestCenter subsystems covering traffic generation, protocol control, and results/statistics pipelines.
- Develop high-quality C++, C#, and/or Python code and unit tests from design specifications.
- Own integration and system testing for protocol correctness, performance targets, and hardware compatibility.
- Maintain software, resolve defects, and improve performance through race analysis, memory tuning, and latency optimization.
- Write design documents, interface specifications, and test reports.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teams through cross-time-zone code reviews and technical discussions.
- Track networking technology developments and translate emerging requirements into product capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software development experience; large-scale C++ project experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in C++ or C#, familiarity with Python, and understanding of multithreading, locking mechanisms, and lock-free data structures.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, L2/L3 networking fundamentals, Linux/Unix environments, and Shell/Python scripting.
- Knowledge of RDMA/RoCEv2, InfiniBand, or AI cluster networking is preferred.
- Experience in network testing, traffic generation, protocol emulation, or hardware-related development such as FPGA or drivers is preferred.
- Strong English reading and writing skills for technical specifications and English-language code reviews.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with interest in high-performance networking and AI infrastructure.
