Base Salary
$184k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interfaces with external service providers and vendors for data center operations.
- Manage IMAC-D services and processes, goods receipt, data center capacity, hardware maintenance, inventory, asset management, and access control.
- Perform data quality, reporting, and ticket handling using ServiceNow.
- Deliver customer environments in the cloud according to defined service level agreements.
- Drive automation and standardization to improve operations and maximize uptime.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, service groups, operations, and development teams.
- Improve system landscape support, operational processes, knowledge management, and software lifecycle operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, or a master's degree or foreign equivalent plus three years of experience.
- At least three years of experience with data center electrical configurations, data center mechanical configurations, and data center IMAC-D processes.
- At least three years of experience with SAP S/4 Production Planning, ServiceNow service request handling, S/4 Material Master stock inventory, and chain-of-custody for data-bearing components.
