Base Salary
$97k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of full-stack features from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Build frontend applications using Next.js or React with a NestJS GraphQL integration layer.
- Develop backend services using .NET/C# and NestJS GraphQL.
- Deploy and operate applications on AWS and Amazon EKS/Kubernetes through CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to shape servicing experiences.
- Contribute to architecture, tooling, and engineering best-practice decisions.
- Use AI tools and agentic development workflows to improve development speed and quality.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior or earlier-career engineers.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting production systems, potentially including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js or React and a NestJS GraphQL integration layer.
- Hands-on backend development experience with .NET/C# and NestJS GraphQL.
- Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS and Amazon EKS/Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to handle ambiguity and empathize with customers.
- A product mindset focused on user behavior, user experience, and business impact.
