Responsibilities
- Develop test plans and automated test scripts from technical requirements.
- Perform smoke, regression, compatibility, conformance, manual, and automated functional testing.
- Design and maintain manual testing frameworks, regression plans, test cases, and requirements traceability documentation.
- Identify, document, and verify application defects and non-conformities across test, staging, and production environments.
- Maintain, support, and upgrade the UiPath testing and RPA automation framework.
- Design and build RPA bots, including attended and unattended bots, to automate business processes.
- Manage UiPath deployment pipeline orchestration, infrastructure setup, robot scalability, and automation framework support.
- Coordinate testing with sprint-based development cycles and monitor automated regression test execution.
- Provide technical mentoring to QA Automation Engineers and contribute to branch priorities.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, NIH/NHLBI partners, and customers to deliver application releases and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of software test automation experience.
- At least 2 years of UiPath experience.
- Strong understanding of software engineering processes, development lifecycles, and software testing best practices.
- Experience with agile, iterative development, independent test framework setup, and test automation tools.
- Proficiency with UiPath Test Framework, Page Object Model, Test Manager, Orchestrator, Automation Suite, deployment architecture, and Robotic Enterprise Framework.
- Experience creating test cases, requirements traceability matrices, and RPA bots for business process automation.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Team Foundation Server, Git, and SubVersion or comparable configuration management tools.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Preferred: RPA development experience and test automation for applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
