Responsibilities
- Analyze data science challenges and propose software solutions using statistical and machine learning methods.
- Design and develop applications across the full lifecycle, including data transformation, model selection, training, validation, and integration into GIRO’s software products.
- Integrate large language models and agentic AI capabilities into software solutions using prompting techniques, RAG, and MCP.
- Document and test developments.
- Provide technical support to deployment, development, and project teams.
- Stay current with advances in data science and collaborate in an agile team environment.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data science or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques for prediction and natural language processing.
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices.
- Experience integrating LLMs and/or agentic AI into software solutions, including prompting techniques, RAG, or MCP.
- High proficiency in Python; C++ knowledge is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written French.
