Responsibilities
- Drive the national technical direction for Quality Engineering and identify future technologies, AI-based practices, and business opportunities.
- Develop methods, frameworks, and accelerators for AI-driven quality services.
- Define and develop services, solutions, and tools for agents, AI evaluation, guardrails, red teaming, explainability, monitoring, human oversight, security, governance, robustness, and reliability.
- Act as a technical advisor in strategic customer dialogues, business opportunities, and tenders.
- Represent and strengthen Sogeti through customer events, conferences, articles, industry forums, and expert-network development.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in Quality Engineering and software development.
- Documented experience in technical leadership.
- Practical experience with AI and generative AI, including understanding of the opportunities and risks of intelligent and agent-based solutions.
- Experience leading qualified customer dialogues and advising on complex technical topics for different audiences.
- Ability to translate technical opportunities into business value and reusable, scalable solutions.
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Ability to create engagement and influence without formal personnel responsibility.
