Responsibilities
- Drive the national technical direction for Quality Engineering and identify relevant technologies, AI-based working methods, and business opportunities.
- Develop methods, frameworks, and accelerators for AI-driven quality services.
- Define and develop scalable services, solutions, and tools for quality assurance of AI and AI-agent solutions.
- Address risk management, security, robustness, traceability, and reliability throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Act as a technical advisor in strategic customer dialogues, business development, bids, and proposals.
- Work actively in customer assignments and help translate technical opportunities into reusable, scalable business solutions.
- Represent Sogeti through customer events, conferences, articles, industry forums, and expert-network building.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Quality Engineering and software development.
- Documented experience in technical leadership.
- Practical experience with AI and generative AI, including understanding of opportunities and risks related to intelligent and agent-based solutions.
- Experience leading qualified customer dialogues and advising on complex technical matters.
- Ability to translate technical opportunities into business value and scalable, reusable solutions.
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills.
- Ability to create engagement and influence without formal personnel responsibility.
