Responsibilities
- Integrate blockchain protocols and core crypto systems to source portfolio, transaction, market, and on-chain data.
- Design and operate data pipelines that transform crypto and customer data into structured context for AI-driven experiences.
- Define data contracts, tool interfaces, APIs, and context schemas with AI platform and ML engineering teams.
- Model customer profiles, risk appetite, portfolio composition, crypto literacy, and behavior for personalized insights.
- Ensure data freshness, consistency, correctness, and reliability in customer-facing conversational surfaces.
- Build safeguards against stale, untrusted, misleading, or hallucinated financial information.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, crypto engineering, and AI platform teams to ship personalized crypto features responsibly.
Requirements
- Experience building data pipelines and integration layers connecting backend or product data to AI-driven systems, including context engineering and tool or function calling.
- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts and crypto products, including wallets, portfolios, transactions, on-chain data, and protocol integrations.
- Experience using customer data and behavior for personalization, segmentation, risk profiling, or usage-pattern analysis.
- Strong distributed-systems fundamentals and experience operating data pipelines and services at scale with attention to throughput, consistency, failure handling, freshness, and reliability.
- Ability to translate platform integration needs into clear data contracts and APIs across teams.
- Awareness of financial-data risks in LLM-driven surfaces, including data integrity, injection risks, and guardrails.
- Experience with Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solana is preferred.
- Experience with RAG systems, agent tooling, fintech, payments, financial services, personalization, recommendation systems, vector databases, embeddings, context retrieval, conversational AI, or LLM platform teams is preferred.
