Responsibilities
- Design and document production-ready system architecture blueprints and reference topologies for enterprise AI and application workloads.
- Lead customer discovery, technical scoping, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and architectural walkthroughs.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, regional engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Own the technical delivery of complex enterprise opportunities and advise on platform maturity, adoption strategies, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with technology partners and system integrators on joint architecture solutions.
- Communicate regional customer and infrastructure requirements to product management teams and global product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior AI/ML engineering colleagues and coach technical team members without direct people-management responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience leading technical consulting, system design, or pre-sales architecture engagements for enterprise customers.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex architectures to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise architecting and managing enterprise Kubernetes or container platforms, including multi-tenant clusters, container networking, and persistent storage.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python and scripting or automation tools such as Git, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Practical experience running, configuring, and troubleshooting AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jupyter on containerized platforms.
- Experience or interest in MLOps, model serving, workflow orchestration, GitOps, observability, GPU clustering, secure regulated deployments, and cloud-native systems engineering.
- Familiarity with Go, Java, or Rust is advantageous.
- Industry experience in financial services, public sector, healthcare, telecommunications, or manufacturing is a strong advantage.
