Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, templates, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector database integration, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable software, including unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content/action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate progress, communicate trade-offs and results, and improve AI-enabled development practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Java full stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in two or more of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java; experience with C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, or Bash is beneficial.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
