Responsibilities
- Own complex software projects from conception through deployment while managing delivery scope, risk, and timelines.
- Develop front-end and back-end applications, modules, custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using cloud technologies.
- Develop innovative solutions using generative AI technologies.
- Build and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.com applications with other systems and platforms.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into software architecture and design specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and develop unit, integration, and other tests to ensure software quality.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, software bugs, performance issues, and operational incidents.
- Create and maintain documentation for software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, operations, code, and development processes.
- Provide ongoing application support and maintenance to ensure systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, business teams, and other stakeholders to deliver software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 2–3 years of experience, or a diploma in these fields with 3–4 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.
- At least 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of experience with Databricks and MuleSoft technologies.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Redshift/Spectrum, and Lambda.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams, manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and contribute to team goals.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles.
