Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across front-end and back-end layers.
- Provide technical support and solutions for complex, high-impact scenarios across multiple business domains.
- Participate in requirements gathering and contribute to BRD/SRD documentation and technical requirements definition.
- Apply SDLC practices to deliver well-structured, maintainable code.
- Conduct and participate in reviews of test plans and test data.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Allocate and coordinate engineering tasks across team members as needed to support sprint goals.
Requirements
- Proven full-stack development experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC practices within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
- Experience contributing to BRD/SRD documentation and technical requirements definition.
- Ability to work independently on complex problems while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
