Base Salary

$120k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver solutions for Arrive’s products and systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Own software through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
Execute medium- to large-scale technical solutions with increasing independence.
Collaborate across teams to solve complex issues and improve organizational effectiveness.
Build automation, test coverage, documentation, monitoring, and alerting into software development.
Participate in technical discussions, guild talks, standards initiatives, and other organizational programs.

3+ years of software engineering or closely related experience working with C#/.NET.
React experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, engineering best practices, and current industry trends.
Proficiency in system design, problem-solving, debugging, and collaborative resolution of complex issues.
Experience developing large-scale enterprise software involving multiple teams and modern development frameworks.
Experience with technical documentation, monitoring, and alerting.
Logistics industry experience is preferred.
