Base Salary
$93k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and test frontend code according to product and engineering requirements.
- Build new features and refactor existing code for greater stability, scalability, maintainability, and extensibility.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support the application in production.
- Participate in software architecture design and provide input on technical feasibility, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver digital solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, tech talks, workshops, and other knowledge-sharing activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience with ReactJS and Redux.
- At least five years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a high school diploma plus four years of relevant experience is accepted.
- Preferred experience with TypeScript, RESTful API integration, unit and integration testing, software design for large features, GraphQL, web accessibility, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to code standards, software quality, and mentoring junior engineers.
