Responsibilities

Provide holistic assessments of security layers across infrastructure, application, people, and processes.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to threat model and architect secure systems.
Review source code against secure coding best practices and contribute security requirements.
Drive the design and implementation of security services, tools, and libraries.
Promote security remediations in the CI/CD pipeline by building tools for engineers.
Help build a platform that ensures safe and low-risk software development.
Champion an internal security culture through training and events.
Educate engineers on the impact of security events.

Ability to communicate security topics and provide actionable direction to product teams.
Experience partnering with engineering teams to address security challenges.
Hands-on experience in software engineering, primarily in Python, JavaScript, and PHP.
Knowledge of modern development concepts like containerization and CI/CD.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in application or product security roles.
Experience guiding software teams on secure architecture design.
Knowledge of threat modeling and system architecture.
