Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for core C++ video frameworks.
- Write and review high-performance, multithreaded C++ code.
- Leverage knowledge of video codecs and containers to solve synchronization and transcoding challenges.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor Senior and Mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with product teams and customers to deliver solutions for live global sports.
Requirements
- Mastery of modern C++ (ideally up to C++20) with experience in multithreaded, performance-optimized code.
- Significant experience with video technologies and using FFmpeg.
- Proven ability to lead technical directions and navigate stakeholders.
- Comfort with Git, Visual Studio, and advanced debugging workflows.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness for continuous improvement.
