Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and QA to define requirements and scope features.
- Make technical decisions to enhance team efficiency and align with company strategies.
- Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate feature development and review AI-generated code.
- Build and ship AI products and workflows from discovery to deployment.
- Provide technical input throughout all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Develop robust features, APIs, databases, and infrastructure while maintaining quality.
- Take ownership of features from design to deployment and iteration.
- Ensure high-quality products through rigorous testing and customer-focused development.
- Communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and keep teams aligned.
- Unblock teams by providing clear answers and solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Backend/Software Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in NodeJS or Python with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL fundamentals, especially PostgreSQL.
- Experience shipping AI products using Claude and leveraging AI in development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed teams with strong remote collaboration skills.
- Commitment to quality standards and business processes.
- Understanding of information security best practices.
