Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and evolve intelligent customer experience solutions integrating Salesforce CRM with AWS services.
  • Develop AI-powered experiences using Amazon Bedrock and modern LLM integration patterns.
  • Build robust backend services to support customer workflows and generative AI features.
  • Deliver complex customer experience initiatives from technical discovery to production deployment.
  • Refine prompt engineering strategies to improve AI interaction quality and safety.
  • Implement resilient APIs and event-driven integrations connecting various platforms.
  • Drive engineering excellence through strong CI/CD practices and deployment automation.
  • Champion observability and operational excellence for customer-facing systems.
  • Participate in technical decision-making across architecture and integration design.
  • Collaborate effectively in a Scrum-based Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
  • Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in customer-facing platforms.
  • Expertise in backend development using Python or Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Strong experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS.
  • Proven experience integrating LLMs and generative AI capabilities into applications.
  • Experience building AI-powered backend services and intelligent application patterns.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including distributed systems design.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using GitHub and Gearset.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical ideas.
