Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve intelligent customer experience solutions integrating Salesforce CRM with AWS services.
- Develop AI-powered experiences using Amazon Bedrock and modern LLM integration patterns.
- Build robust backend services to support customer workflows and generative AI features.
- Deliver complex customer experience initiatives from technical discovery to production deployment.
- Refine prompt engineering strategies to improve AI interaction quality and safety.
- Implement resilient APIs and event-driven integrations connecting various platforms.
- Drive engineering excellence through strong CI/CD practices and deployment automation.
- Champion observability and operational excellence for customer-facing systems.
- Participate in technical decision-making across architecture and integration design.
- Collaborate effectively in a Scrum-based Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in customer-facing platforms.
- Expertise in backend development using Python or Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Strong experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs and generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Experience building AI-powered backend services and intelligent application patterns.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including distributed systems design.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using GitHub and Gearset.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical ideas.
