Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical authority within the Loyalty & Virality tribe.
Define and drive the technical strategy for the referral and virality platform.
Take end-to-end ownership of the architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations of microservices.
Champion the adoption of AI and machine learning across the tribe.
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams, including Product Owners and Designers.
Communicate effectively across the engineering organization and facilitate technical alignment.

Strong experience with microservice architecture and event-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
Proficiency with relational and document databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
AI proficiency and a track record of championing AI adoption.
Proficiency or hands-on production experience in Golang or Python.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse teams.
