Base Salary
$141k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain foundational services, APIs, and abstractions used by Pave engineering teams.
- Own critical services including user authentication and authorization.
- Develop foundational data infrastructure and models powering Pave’s compensation intelligence platform.
- Design generalized platform solutions that address challenges across multiple products.
- Lead large, complex technical initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend engineering experience building data-intensive applications.
- Experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with data infrastructure, data pipelines or ETLs, and data modeling.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to design generalized platform solutions for cross-product challenges.
- Experience leading large technical projects with high ambiguity and numerous stakeholders.
- ML/AI platform experience is a plus.
