Responsibilities
- Translate business problems and user needs into shippable product experiences and modules aligned to OKRs and ROI.
- Use Replit, ClaudeCode, Cursor, and similar tools to assemble functional components, integration glue, and configurations.
- Integrate front-end experiences with Origami Risk platform services using approved patterns and APIs.
- Apply SSO/OIDC/OAuth, secrets management, role and permission models, data privacy, and auditability practices.
- Partner with Architecture to select scalable and resilient patterns aligned with reference architectures and guardrails.
- Iterate with stakeholders and users, then harden prototypes into maintainable production experiences with documentation and handoff plans.
- Collaborate with QA on acceptance criteria, test data, automated checks, vulnerability scans, accessibility, and basic UI tests.
- Design telemetry, define runbooks, and ensure post-launch product health metrics are visible.
- Follow regulatory and internal controls, data handling policies, and secure SDLC practices.
- Maintain concise specifications, PRDs-lite, architecture notes, and user-facing release notes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product-adjacent, solution engineering, systems analysis, technical consulting, or platform configuration roles.
- Understanding of services architecture, APIs, authentication, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with low/no-code, configuration, or AI-assisted coding tools such as Replit, ClaudeCode, or Cursor.
- Strong product sense and UX empathy, with the ability to translate problems into user journeys and working UI.
- Working knowledge of least privilege, data minimization, PII/PHI handling, secrets management, security, and privacy principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise platform services such as policy, claims, risk, workflow, and rules engines is preferred.
- Conceptual exposure to React or Vue is preferred.
- Experience with API gateways, eventing, webhooks, ETL/ELT concepts, accessibility, design systems, or regulated environments is preferred.
