Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Development teams to design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines that streamline deployments and follow best practices.
- Build and maintain infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code in line with internal standards.
- Partner with development teams to define and measure SLOs and SLIs for applications and services.
- Create standardized infrastructure and deployment solution blueprints.
- Ensure systems meet security and compliance benchmarks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production environments for high availability and performance.
- Support application modernization, containerization, and migration to cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security, observability, infrastructure management, and adoption of best practices.
Requirements
- Background in cloud and infrastructure engineering or operations.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and VMware environments.
- Understanding of cloud-service cost modeling and optimization.
- Proficiency with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of software supply chains, SAST, SCA, and pipeline controls such as Snyk.
- Familiarity with New Relic and OpenTelemetry.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks including NIST-800, CIS, and SOC 2.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for improving developer workflows and productivity.
